Artwork & Design
- Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork
- We reserve the right to request design changes for print feasibility
- Color variations may occur due to printing process limitations
- Proof approval is required before production begins
- We are not liable for errors in customer-provided artwork
Tip: For best results, provide artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) with CMYK color mode.
Production & Quality
- Production time varies based on order complexity and quantity
- Standard quality checks are performed on all products
- Minor variations in color, texture, or cutting are normal
- Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- We reserve the right to use subcontractors for production
Cancellation Policy
Before Production
Full refund minus payment processing fees (if any)
During Production
50% refund of order value (material costs deducted)
After Production
No refund available (custom products cannot be resold)
Intellectual Property
- Customers retain ownership of their original artwork
- We retain ownership of our templates, designs, and processes
- By submitting artwork, you grant us license to use it for production
- No reproduction of our proprietary designs is permitted
- Trademark and copyright infringement is strictly prohibited
Limitation of Liability
Quality Label Co. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Delays caused by force majeure events
- Third-party errors (couriers, payment processors, etc.)
- Errors in customer-provided information or artwork
Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by Indian laws
- Jurisdiction: Courts in New Delhi, India
- Disputes will first attempt resolution through negotiation
- Mediation is required before legal proceedings
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for violations
